CUSTOM DESIGN
DESIGN PROCESS
PHASE 1: PREDESIGN
The collaborating step one of the most important steps we will go through during the design of your home. During this process we will sit down and discuss your needs that need to be met with the design (layouts, bedroom and bath count, design options, etc.) and also cover pertinent site requirements, benefits and/or restrictions (views, existing vegetation, topography, municipal ordinaces).

During this initial meeting it is important to bring as many ideas you have and as much information you have regarding your building lot. The more we have the better we will be able to communicate ideas.
PHASE 2: SCHEMATIC DESIGN
Using the information from the collaboration step, we will start to develop a preliminary site plan, floor plans, and exterior elevations. Keep in mind that these aren't set in stone and some ideas are still pretty fluid. We will work with you to refine the plans to meet your satisfaction.
PHASE 3: CONSTRUCTION/BID DRAWINGS
Once everything is approved by you we will start to develop the plans for building your home and at the same time, they are sent to an engineer for structural review. Once the engineer has approved that the plans have all the required structural information, the plans will be stamped and ready for bidding and municipal review for getting a permit.
PHASE 4: BUILDING
With permits and plans in hand you are ready to get building! We know there could be some bumps and bruises on the way to getting your house complete, we will be here to help if any questions or concerns arise.
