At Harbor Design, the initial engineering fee is included in the cost of every plan.

Additional Charges:

Hourly drafting changes over the included 4 hours, billed at our standard hourly rate of $175/hr.

Any additional modifications or requirements made by city/county officials or owners after final released plans will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

24”x36” - $3.00/sheet

30”x42” - $4.25/sheet

36”x48” - $5.50/sheet

Additional Services:

Color Renderings

$750 for initial setup and front elevation
$200 for additional views
