Whether you're just figuring things out or already knee-deep in planning, this session is all about defining a direction to move forward with confidence.

What does it cost?
The Blueprint Session is $2,500-$5,000 depending on the scope and complexity of your project. The exact is determined during your Home Planning Session once we have a clear scope.

If you move forward into full custom, your Blueprint Session fee is credited toward your retainer - so nothing you've invested gets left on the table.
