What does it cost?
The Blueprint Session typically ranges from $2,500-$5,000 depending on the scope and complexity of your project.
The exact fee is determined during your Home Planning Session once we have a clear scope.
If you move forward into full custom, your Blueprint Session fee is credited toward your design retainer.
