What We Cover
We start by figuring out which direction will actually make sense for you. Does a stock plan work for your lot and budget, or is custom design the right call? If its custom a Blueprint Session would be your next step. We'll look at what's realistic for your budget, where hidden costs tend to show up and what your actual next step is.
What you walk away with.
If a stock plan is the right fit, you'll leave with a handful of plan option print outs specifically selected for your situation. Take them home to review and think through before making any decisions.

If custom is the right call, you'll receive a copy of our Blueprint Session packet and a clear picture of what the looks like.

Either way you leave with a direction.

The Home Planning Session is $300
​
That $300 is credited toward your plan purchase or Blueprint Session should you decide to move forward within 30 days of your session.
